- Discounted or clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
Timeframe
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Requests after 7 days will not be accepted
- All requests must be initiated online only
Exchanges
- Allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Subject to product availability
- Any price difference must be paid by the customer
- All exchanged products will be delivered within 5–7 business days
Refunds
- Processed after quality inspection
- Issued to the original payment method or as store credit
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 working days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear images/videos are required for verification
- Once approved, replacement or refund (including return shipping) will be arranged
- All replaced products will be delivered within 5–7 business days
